How can we contact a real person at FitBit? FAQ doesn't have any solutions. The website App doesn't work for me because my iPhone App doesn't have the same features. My phone App says it's up to date.

Someone here could probably help if you would include iPhone screen cap and link to what you are looking at on website so we could see what exactly you are talking about. We can't address any differences if we don't know what you are seeing.
