Hello, Community,
I bought my first Fitbit device yesterday and here is my issue-list with the Charge 2 and the IOS-App 2.42. Is this just me?
-the pulse frequency ist not really correct. when I start a quick workout like 50 situps, the Charge still shows a pulse of 80 ehich is far away from correct
-The App should be designed for the iPad too. The text is way too small on a regular iPhone
-the custom pulse zone in the app cannot be saved. the developer forgot the enter/save button after entering the frequency!
-I cannot find a way to set an alert, when my pulse is e.g. below 50 bpm or above 150 bpm
-I cannot define an alert to drink some water
-I cannot enter anything at the device (e.g. the info, that I drank some water)
-finally the community-login is not working with Safari
Has anyone the same issues?

Hi @Carsten.Giese. Welcome to the community. It sounds like you need to restart your Charge 2 in order to kick start your heart rate reports. Instructions are here. Please let us know if that helps. You may also want to check in your app if heart rate is set to auto or on. I suffers you put it to "on." Tap here to go to a Help page with more information and suggestions on the heart rate feature.
I access the Fitbit app on my iPad so not sure about your ipad comment. I also log in without a problem so I'm not sure what you mean by "community login not working."
Finally, It seems your expectations regarding the Charge 2 go well beyond what the product advertises it can do. Your ideas are good. And I believe others would think so, too. But the best way to suggest new features for a Fitbit device is to post them to the Feature Suggestions board. Others can vote for your suggestions and Fitbit can gauge the popularity of a new feature. I hope you will do this.

Got my Charge 2, two months ago, very pleased overall.
Minor log out issues; uncertain how accurate heart beat and sleep date is, like to have a few day longer battery, mostly not a major concern.
Love the notifications ,adjustable face settings and cool comfortable look and feel.

Hi @macbear. Happy it worked out and that you like it! A note about how long the battery lasts -- I've gotten into the habit to charge whichever device I'm wearing while I shower. I have no idea how many days I get to a charge, but I know I'm always charged. Never ran out of juice this way.
