I’ve not been able to sync since I updated last Sunday. Only the calories are appearing, not steps, sleep or exercise.

Sorry about your syncing issues, @Spicetrader. A good part of the problem - for Fitbit and for other apps - is that Apple keeps releasing different versions of IOS 10 and 11, forcing everyone else to play catch up as quickly as they can.
But, that said, I have a couple suggestions.
First, make sure you are on the latest update for the Fitbit app. It sounds like you are already on the latest IOS upgrade.
Then, remove your Surge from the Fitbit app and delete the app. Go into your iPhone settings. Select Bluetooth and Forget the Surge.
Wait a few minutes then reinstall the Fitbit app and set up your Surge. It will automatically ask you about pairing the Blaze to the iPhone's Bluetooth.
Hopefully, this will do the trick, getting all the updates in sync with the others. Please let us know if this works.

Thanks for the advice. I worked my way through a similar process of updating all software on all devices today and all seems to now be working.
Cheers
