I HAVE TREID EVERYTHING SUGGESTED BY FITBIT INCLUDING RESTORING THE FITBIT TO BE ABLE TO RECEIVE NOTIFICATIONS AND NOTHING HAS WORKED

TO SAY IM FRUSTRATED IS AN UNDER STATEMENT

FITBIT NEED TO START COMPENSATING CUSTOMERS FOR THE MONEY THEY HAVE LOST FOR THERE LACK OF KEEPING UP WITH OTHER UPDATES

Hello @w.mcfad

I understand your frustration with not getting your notifications. I can try and help.

Please look at and complete all these steps:

First open your Fitbit app

Tap your profile picture in upper left

scroll down to the name of your Fitbit and tap it (It’s located just under “My Family”

scroll down and tap notifications

enable the notifications you want in green

now simply tap “today” at the bottom of your screen to get back to the main page

Now lets make sure your iOS device is set up correctly:

go to:

device iOS settings>location services >Fitbit>Always on

also Go to:

iOS setting>Fitbit>Location>Always on

also go to:

iOS settings >notifications >messages>Select always under show previews

Now Go to your Bluetooth:

  1. Tap the "i" icon next to the name of your Fitbit device
  2. Turn on the Share System Notifications.

😃 Please let me know if my suggestions gave you the answers you are looking for.

As I’ve already said, I have done all of this to my Fitbit and the app and nothing works. I am not stupid I know what to try and what to have turned on
Fitbit need to take responsibility for the fact that they can’t keep their fitbit updates to apple

Hello again @w.mcfad

I’m sorry my suggestion did not give you the answer you wanted. I don’t work for Fitbit in any manner and I was only offering you what information I knew that was helping some individuals gain their notifications back. (Although the preview feature is still an issue) I’m sorry if you felt my suggestions in someway made you think I was suggesting anyone was stupid. I do hope you find the answers you are seeking. My only other suggestion, if your interested would be to make sure your device is compatible with the new update. You can check that here: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2315/?q=Compatible&l=en_US&fs=Search&pn=1

Good luck to you.

My phone is compatible with my Fitbit it has being working fine for well over a year
Since the new apple update it no longer works
It is frustrating that we pay out money for these things to have them not last for longer than a year due to the manufacturer not keeping up with the technology
