I would first recommend that you log into Fitbit.com, click here, and then make sure that your notification settings is set to receive Challenge invites.
Next, I would open your iOS settings > scroll down and click on the Fitbit App, and make sure that you have push notifications enabled for the Fitbit App.

Best AnswerGoing to the website worked for me. My notifications were turned off even though on the app they were on.

Best AnswerThe notifications for challenges are greyed out for both mobile and email on this new FitBit Versa 2 I just purchased. Does it not have this functionality?
