Thanks for bringing this to my attention and sharing a video describing its behavior. It was very helpful! To investigating this situation, may I know since when this started to happen? Was the Fitbit app updated before having this issue? If you've not done so, please try to force quit the Fitbit app, reboot your phone and check your sleep details one more time.

I am not remember when exactly, but not so long time ago.
I am still experiencing it on the app version 3.7
I have followed your instruction and the problem still there.
My phone is iPhone 6S 32GB, with iOS 13.1.2 installed.
Hope that info will help you to investigate further.
