I had an iPhone 5se and I dropped it in the water and it died. I just purchased an iPhone 11 and I tried to sync my Fitbit, I went through all the steps deleting the app, reinstalling, syncing, Bluetooth on and off etc, numerous times, I still have the Inspire set up on my new phone but it says it doesn’t recognize it. Crazy thing is my Fitbit itself is calculating my steps and everything else. I’m getting very frustrated because I just bought it a few months ago and all my previous info is saved up until 5 days ago. I purchased the Inspire Hr because it’s waterproof and cheap!! Please help me out I don’t want to have to purchase something else other than a Fitbit!!

Hello @Lester1019
Im sorry your having so much trouble getting your iPhone 11 to work with the Fitbit App. I see you have tried numerous things to troubleshoot your issue. Unfortunately the iPhone 11 is not compatible with the new Fitbit App. You can check the compatibility here: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2315/?q=Compatible&l=en_US&fs=Search&pn=1
I would suggest calling Fitbit Customer Service as they may be able to help you in ways I’m unaware of. You can find ways to contact them here: https://help.fitbit.com/?l=en_US&cu=1&fs=ContactUs&co=GB
I do wish I could have been more help. Good luck to you.
