When I did the newest update on my phone & also updated all my apps. As soon as my FitBit one finished, it asked my info like it was a brand NEW DEVICE. I’ve had Fitbits for almost 5 years now. It also looks like my emailisn’t correct in the app itself. But I can’t find an option to go in & fix it. So my Charge 2 has been working fine but it hasn’t synced to my phone in maybe a month🤬🤬

Hello @Shell001
This is quite odd. I think it would be best to uninstall then reinstall the Fitbit app to see it that resolves the issue. (You will not lose your data doing this) Just uninstall the Fitbit app from your device then shut down your device completely and wait about 1-2 minutes then turn on your device again. Once your device is fully loaded make sure your Bluetooth is on and go to the App Store and download the Fitbit App. Once it’s downloaded just sign in as your normally have done with your email address and password. You will get prompts from Bluetooth asking to pair and of course say “always”.
😃 please let me know if this resolves your issue and answers your question.
