Negative Calories Burnt on the Excercise page

After Tuesday of this week, my Fitbit app has started showing the calories burnt for each exercise as -1, -2, or -3, even though I know I've burnt way more than that. Please help me out.

Hello @GiraffeMan and welcome to the Help forums.  This is some very odd behavior from the iOS app.

  • Can you post a screenshot or two that shows this?
  • What model iPhone and what version of the Fitbit app do you have?

@GiraffeMan   I can see only one of your images.  The second image is locked.  That "-" you see isn't negative calories.  For some reason, your exercise details aren't showing any of the calories for that exercise.  You should see a graph there.

You can check you app version by tapping on your profile picture > scroll down and tap on Help & Support.

Is this problem with auto-tracked exercises, exercises tracked on your Fitbit with the exercise app or both?  When apps act wacky, my first step is to delete the app, restart my phone, then re-download the app.  Try that.  You also have a web view of your Fitbit account.  Log in to your account at fitbit.com with a web browser.  Are your exercise details displayed correctly there?

Here's a new link, https://drive.google.com/file/d/1jMZ-mFfyrqo5G5isKA4qTRb0Est2oJ7o/view?usp=sharing. In that image, it says "-1 calories". I don't know if it's only for auto-tracked exercises because I haven't been manually tracking them. It's app version 3.36 (Build 1013). I just reinstalled the app, hopefully it will work now.

I manually tracked an exercise, and it says I burnt 6 calories, but I know I burnt way more.
