New Charge 2 Setup

I am having a great deal of trouble setting up my new Charge 2 and pairing it with my iPhone 7. I opened the app on my iPhone, selected that I wanted to set up a new device (I currently have another older model), and selected the Charge 2. The phone responds right away that it has found the new tracker and prompts me to put in the 4-digit code on the trackers screen. I do that and the phone says 'Connecting to Fitbit...' and the wheel spins and spins. For hours! I have tried restarting both the phone and the Charge 2 multiple times to no avail. And I can't get out of the Fitbit screen unless I go and delete the app, then reinstall it. HELP!

@LittleO It's great to have you aboard in our Fitbit Community! Seems odd that your Charge 2 is not syncing with your Fitbit app. Please try setting up your tracker through a computer if available by following the steps that shared my friend Roberto in his post. Even though the thread is about the Alta, the steps provided also work for the Charge 2. Once the setup process has been completed, you can sync your info with your iPhone.
