New Dashboard Concerns

Is there anyway to return back to the old dashboard? This new one is not useful to me at all. I loved seeing my steps on it. Now all I see is a summary for the week and a chart etc. Too much looking to find info quickly.

Have just looked through this forum and seen the number of people unhappy with the new dashboard, as am I. On my iphone all I get is a meaningless graph on the top half of the screen with the bottom half white and blank except for distance ran, What is the point?, this dashboard does nothing for me and I really cannot understnd why we've had it forced upon us without the option of choosing either. What I dont understand is how Fitbit see this as an upgrade or the commercial advantage in imposing what is a very unpopular change.

Also I am disappointed by Fitbits' seemingly unwillingness to address this (ie. give us the option because in fairness some people like the new dashboard) or even explain how this is actually an "upgrade" as they see it rather than a downgrade as a large number of their (current) customers see it .

Over to you Fitbit, I challenge you to a positive response.

Two issues:  1) I don't care what the dashboard looks like, I can go with the flow on that issue.  I don't like that I can't follow my tiles by hitting the back arrow and scrolling through the days individually.  If I wanted to go to each tile individually to see my numbers, I would just use the Fitbit dashboard on the website.  2) This is the more important issue, why did they not tell us what was going to happen when we switched to the new dashboard? I have wasted so much time, reinstalling the app, logging in and out and all the other offered "solutions" to the problem when in the long run, nothing was going to fix it!  I guess I know that now and I can move on from here.  Have a good day!

I "chatted" with Lloyd and he said the new update is to clear up bugs. Told him I did not like it and is there anyway to change back...NOPE!!!!!

Agree.  It is horrible.  Thinking about getting another brand fitness tracker after six years because the dashboard is so clunky now.

I am no longer concerned with the new lousy Dashboard.   I have switched to an Apple Watch.  As have all my family.
