Hi!  This morning, I noticed that the new dashboard was replaced with the old one within my iOS app.  Is anyone else experiencing this?  If so, do you know of a way to switch it back?

Thanks!

Last night, my app wasn't working so I closed it and reopened.  When it reopened, it showed the old dashboard.  It was still the old dashboard this morning.  A few minutes ago, I opened the app to find the new dashboard is back.  I don't know what's going on.  I do not like the new dashboard and reported weeks ago that I cannot view "sneak peak" under challenges with the new dashboard.

@MarcoGFitbit ,

Sorry for the delay.  Here is the information you requested:

  • iPhone Model:  iPhone 7 Plus
  • iOS:  12.3.1
  • FitBit 2.94 (834)

One thing to note is that over the weekend, the FitBit dashboard switched to the "updated display."

I hope that this information helps.
