New Luxe Text Notifications Not Working

I just bought a Fitbit Luxe and the text notifications are not working. Calls are notifications are.

 

I have:

 

-Restarted Fitbit 

-Erased Fitbit

-Deleted from iPhone Bluetooth connected devices

-Deleted and re-downloaded the Fitbit app

-Turned iPhone off and on

-iPhone iOS is update and Fitbit app

-Fitbit software is up to date

 

What do I do? Return it? I upgraded from Fitbit Versa for a more stylish device but miss notifications! 😞

I contacted Fitbit support and found it’s one more step on iPhone under settings > messages >Lock Screen appearance > always. It’s fixed! Thank you!

Not on DND or sleep mode.
