I belonged to the Versa family for years and never has these issues. I have an iPhone 11 with software version 14.7.1. So far, this new Luxe that I bought two days ago:
-keeps dropping Bluetooth connectivity. I can sync it just fine, but first it gives me an error message saying I’m not connected. I’ve done the whole “forget this device” thing, logged out and force quit the app, restarted the device, etc and it still keeps happening. So of course notifications aren’t coming through on the device either.
-it’s not measuring SpO2 - it’s not showing up on my dashboard or the device as even being an option. Yes I subscribe to the Premium membership.
-it’s not tracking skin temperature. It shows up in my dashboard, but it just says “no data available”.
Do I need to take it back and get a new one? I’m starting to think I should have gone with the Apple Watch!

Regarding your concern about the SpO2 feature, it is coming later this year for Luxe devices. Please note that skin temperature should be available for Luxe users with at least 3 nights sleep data by going to your Health Metrics tile. For more information about tracking skin temperature, see How can Fitbit help me track my temperature?

Thanks! None of that helps at all.
As previously stated, I can’t get notifications because the device will not stay connected via Bluetooth to my phone. Once I manually go into my phone’s Bluetooth settings and reconnect it, it will sync; and notifications will come through. But randomly dropping the Bluetooth connection is the issue - not whether or not I know how to turn on notifications.
Also as previously stated, skin temperature is listed on my dashboard (under Health Metrics); it’s just saying that there is no data available.
And if SpO2 isn’t an available feature yet, I do wish it had not been advertised with this device.
I will contact support and go from there.
