I i’m in agreement with all of those who feel the new sleep Graph is difficult to read, and to understand. I liked the old one. It was simple you could glance at it know what was going on. Now you have to research every item I do not like it. It is not what I signed up for.
I hate the new one. It’s impossible to make any sense of it. I subscribed to Premium, hoping it might make a difference. Waste of money as it’s the same horrible display for the sleep data.
The previous one was fine, so I don’t understand why they have downgraded it like this.
I was willing to give it a go for a few weeks after being stunned by the “update”. It continues to be hard to get an overview of daily sleep, as well as picking out the details. On a phone, which most of use to sync and track, it’s a truncated black and white graph, the comparison to age and gender group is impossible to see, and visual trending from night to night is difficult if not impossible. BRING BACK THE FORMER VERSION PLEASE!!!
It’s horrible…
and it is clear everyone else feels the same…
I recommended Fitbit to my disabled parents who purchased them and now they can’t use it and I feel so guilty…
If FitBit don’t change back, add us three as lost customers in addition to all the others..
Please bring back the old sleep app asap. This is the reason I used Fitbit for many years. The new app is confusing. It stops connecting and recording frequently. The new sleeping app is a total failure that will force me stopping using Fitbit. Please listen to all user comments before people switching to other products.
Must have had the C squad working on the design. Or more like the Z squad.
I will leave feedback on the Product Board but in the meantime, how can I revert back to the old version of the sleep interface? I have a fitbit Charge5. Surely there is a way for users to revert? The new sleep graph is terrible.

I totally agree! The sleep interface was one of my favorite parts of the Fitbit app. Now I barely use it because of the change. We have paid a small fortune for an almost worthless watch. They offer other things for those who pay for premium (which is also ridiculously expensive), they xan afford to go back to the old platform. If they don't do it on the next update, I'll be looking for a better company.

I agree! Listen to your customers! We hate the new sleep interface. Please change it back!!

All we want is for the old sleep interface to be put back the way it was on the app. The new interface doesn't work for us. We are dissatisfied and you know what dissatisfied customers do? They quit buying your products! If you want to make your customers happy and keep them happy, you should listen to their complaints and fix the problem. Thank you!
Some here have said Google bought Fitbit.
Perhaps Google purchased Fitbit to get it off the market so they can sell something else?
They could just switch back to old format, given consumer response but they have chosen to ignore complaints.
Those who purchased the Premium, hoping for a better graph, said it is the exact same as the one we are complaining about.
So maybe that’s the point. Knock Fitbit out of the market and replace with another that Google prefers. (If you can’t beat em, buy them out and bury it)
That’s exactly what’s happened. That’s why they’re pushing everyone to log in with their Google account now, which they’ll be enforcing in 2025z They appear to be winding down Fitbit - I presume in favour of Google’s Pixel watch - since they bought Fitbit, so they won’t be bothered taking any onboard any of the complaints here. I won’t be using Fitbit after this, which is a shame because I loved the Fitbit watches I’ve had over the years.
