New Sleep graph is terrible

I i’m in agreement with all of those who feel the new sleep Graph is difficult to read, and to understand. I liked the old one. It was simple you could glance at it know what was going on. Now you have to research every item I do not like it. It is not what I signed up for.

My attitude is , I purchased a watch with certain characteristics. I doubt any other watchmaker would sneak in and rearrange the watch that was now mine. I don't know if that is the plan. I spoke to google They were not very receptive... I have noticed many changes over the past few months. I really did not pay much attention, As for the sleep Graph, That was a real head turner. I was pretty much told to Not say anything, they keep deleting messages as soon as quickly as I send them. You can post this on my page And send it to as many people as you possibly can. I am sorry, I feel I let people down. I thought I could do something and obviously google has other plans.

Useless now and not fit for purpose .  I have an Apple Watch but I didnt use it for sleep as I thought Fitbit’s far better UNTIL NOW

If you transfer over to Google, I just discovered, you get the old graphs
back.

Don't know what game they are playing, just tell us that to begin with.

I had a message at the top of my fitbit page where you go to see sleep, and
other statistics. It said transfer you fitbit to Google, and so I followed
the steps, and when finished the old graphs were back.

Not only is it not what I signed up for - it is not what I paid for!  The app is as important as the tracker. Radical changes to the app have ruined the product.

I have been advised that If you agree to join google With your Fitbit then your Fitbit will be back to normal. Ask for as for me, I will not be joining google for my Fitbit as it may give them access To everything on my phone. Please spread the word That by signing up with google Through your Fitbit You will have your Fitbit back .Thank you!

I linked my Fitbit with Google a long time ago. Kinda seems like that's when all these problems started.

Do you have an iPhone or Android?  I have seen the option to "Move FitBit to your Google Account."  When you did that the whole app was different on your phone?  The old version of the sleep info was there?

Seems like Google let everyone down.  Doesn't seem like you let anyone down.

---

Do you mean on your phone or online?  Seems crazy that changing your login will change the app on your phone totally?

It's really horrible and not interactive at all. I still login to the website which still offers the old view via their "browser view" which can take you to your dashboard. There you can actually click into the old graph and move cursor over different areas of sleep to get the data you'd actually like to see. Since sleep metrics is one of fitbits better features why on earth did they diminish that on latest release?

Best Answer

Totally agree.
since Google take control on Fitbit, the app is worse and worse.
