New app doesn't get maps of my activities

Since new app end of last year I no longer get maps of my activities. Walk, bike trips. Any suggestions?

Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding this inconvenience with your Charge 4. 

Please, try to follow these troubleshooting steps:

  • Log out from the Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  • Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  • Check now if you can see maps.

If you have an update pending on the Fitbit app, please update.

If you are still not viewing the maps, let me know please if you can see them on Dashboard
