HOW THE HECK DO I SET ALARM WITH THE NEW DASHBOARD!

On the main "today" tab of the dashboard, select your profile image at the top left of the screen, then select your fitbit. You will then be on the device settings where you'll find the alarms

just had the same struggle.  I hope that this is just an oversight with the new dashboard!
