New dashboard - no 'edit' icon?

Woke up this morning to the new dashboard, but i can't add, delete or move my tiles to the set up I want. All of the forums and help informations suggests that I should have an edit icon top right, but I don't. I have a 'share' icon. No edit icon, no pencil and no apparent way to change anything? Have IOS 9.4 which should be enough (iPhone 5). Any ideas?

For your Fitbit.com dashboard, you can add tiles to your dashboard by clicking the icon with nine squares close to the top left-hand corner of your dashboard.  Welcome to forum PS, sorry to confuse 😉

@Policestate Very strange. If the problem persists after trying @wmchapman's suggestions, I'd then recommend:

1. Restarting your iPhone.

2. Logging out and then back into the Fitbit App.

This should help, but please keep me posted!

Thanks for the rapid reply guys it is genuinely appreciated. It doesn't look like a I can post a screenshot of what my dash looks like? I don't have the 9 squares icon top left like I did on the old style dash. It's just not there. Top right I have the icon universally known as 'share' (square box intersected by arrow). i have tried phone on and off twice. I've tried deleting the app, then re-downloading it. There is no edit icon or pencil icon and after three hours of systematically trying everything I just can't solve it 😕

Not sure why it says 'success' above my post, did I hit something in error!? Not solved yet unfortunately ....

Solved. It was the operating system. Just upgraded to IOS 9.3.4 and the edit button miraculously appears!

Hey @Policestate, how are you doin' today? Yeah, the option to rearrange, hide or show tiles on your app has change since the new iOS operation system was released. So I can see that you already did it, but here are the instructions if you need to edit the tiles on the Fitbit app on your iPhone.

Let me know if you have more questions!

This problem just started occurring today on my Android tablet.  The dashboard was working this morning and then dropped a bunch of tiles and the edit button.  I've tried:

1. re-starting my tablet

2. un-installing and re-installing the FitBit app

3. logging out and logging back in.

The app is still working fine on my Android phone.  I'm baffled.

I forgot to say that I've also tried:

1. turning my bluetooth off and on again.

2. turning the location off and on again.

@soccernut I'd recommend checking out the Android forum for more information, specifically this thread.

Everything posted in this forum pertains to the Fitbit iOS App.

I've also closed this thread since this conversation seems to have run its course.
