New device will not sync

Brand new out of the box device. Will not sync to any device. Tried 3 different iPhones and iPad. It finds the device enter the 4 digit code and it gives an error message. 4 bullets to troubleshoot like Bluetooth etc. tried all. Not a fan of the support for Fitbit can’t call to get support.
