i have had several fitbit b4 - never had trouble setting it up - it will not sync to my iPhone 6 - what do i do?

Let me help you with your Fitbit. As a first step I recommend performing the restart 2 or 3 consecutive times and do the setup again.

Magin hi!  Actually, i ended up doing a chat with fitbit - seems my issue was that my iphone and my ipad were next to each other, and the signals were conflicted.  All is great now!   Thx for reaching out
