New iPhone 11 doesn't recognize Blaze

I hope you can help.

Recently had to upgrade to a new iPhone 11 Pro. My Blaze, which was synced to an iPhone 10, will not show up on the iPhone 11 at all.  It did not sync from the time the phone was first initiated.  I have turned both the phone and the watch completely off and restarted.  No luck.  I have checked the bluetooth status of both and tried setting up the watch with bluetooth on, and with it in pairing mode.

The Blaze is never seen by the app.  Nor does it show up as an option to pair in the iPhone's bluetooth menu.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @going_gray . I am sorry for the delayed response.

I am sorry to hear your Fitbit Blaze is not being recognized by your new iPhone 11 Pro. Thanks for trying to resolve this, I appreciate the additional details and I am here to help. I recommend confirming if your Blaze is disconnected from Bluetooth on your previous iPhone: Go into your phone's Bluetooth menu > tap on the icon next to the Fitbit device > and Press Forget this device.

You can find the complete troubleshooting instructions at Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Let me know how it goes, I'll be around.
