Hi I bought the alta a month ago and it was working fine on my iPhone 4s. Today I've upgraded to a iPhone 6. My Fitbit app says it's looking for my alta but doesn't find it! Any advice?

Hello @MikeRansom,

Welcome to the community!

The newer Fitbit trackers form a bond with the smartphone; this is how notifications work.  If you're having trouble finding your tracker, this probably means that your older iPhone 4s is interfering with the communication.  Try this:

  1. On your iPhone 4s, delete the bluetooth pairing with your Alta.
  2. Uninstall the Fitbit App.
  3. Turn off your iPhone 4s.
  4. On your iPhone 6, run the Fitbit App.
  5. Try a "Sync Now".

Hopefully it'll find it from now on.

I hope this helps.
