New iPhone 6s Fitbit not syncing

Hello
I've just got a new iPhone 6s today (previous phone was 5s) and when I've gone into the Fitbit app it now can't find my Fitbit when I try to sync it.

I've turned the Bluetooth off and on and have also turned the phone off and on but it is still not finding my Fitbit

Can anyone help please ?
