Hi @Hippychick62,

Even though your tracker may be setup to your Fitbit account and syncing, receiving notifications on your tracker requires that you have a Bluetooth bond setup between your tracker and iOS device. Click here for instructions on how to setup notifications.

Let me know if you need any additional help!

I do have a Bluetooth 'bond' although if I'm honest it's connected, then it's not, then it is, then it's not!

Managed to get as far as a 4 digit code and input it....but nothing! Just a message ten mins later saying it couldn't be paired

@Hippychick62 If your tracker is Bluetooth bonded to your iPhone, but you are still not receiving notifications, I would recommend:

1. Restarting your tracker.

2. Open your iOS settings > turn off Bluetooth for 10 seconds > and then turn Bluetooth back on.

3. Reboot your iOS device

This should help, but if for some reason the problem persists after you've tried the steps above, I'd then recommend that you:

1. Open your iOS settings > open your Bluetooth settings > tap your tracker and forget the Bluetooth bond between your iOS device and your tracker if there is one.

2. Reboot your iOS device.

3. Restart your tracker.

4. Tap the Account button on the Fitbit App > tap the tracker tile at the top > and turn on the notifications that you would like to receive.
