Do you still have your old phone? If so, make sure there isn't still a connection to the fitbit in the phone's bluetooth settings as this could be blocking connection to your new phone.

Hi all
i am having the same issue. It has been working for 2 months on this new phone but just all of a sudden stopped working. None of my devices can find it and I have tried everything above. What should I do?
Best AnswerThis happened to me too. The way I fixed it was by going into the settings in my Fitbit app for the device, then turning on all-day syncH. A pop-up then asked me if I wanted to pair the device and I clicked yes. Hope this helps!
Best AnswerDid you have any luck? I'm even trying to set up as new devise and iPhone just doesn't discover via bluetooth. Fitbit all charged etc. Meaning I can't even sync to change the time as tracer wasn't used for some time. Any help appreciated.

Why don't they tel your this straight away... so simple and it worked - went to my old iPhone, Charge 2 was still there. So I removed it and played with bluetooth on and off on a new iPhone twice. And it worked! Finally it discovered my tracker and was able to pair it. Thanks for sharing.
