Hi!

I just update my iPhone 8 this evening with the new ios 13 and my Fitbit Charge 2 will not fully sync in which I can receive text messages. I have tried deleting the app, turning off Bluetooth, turning off my watch, changing the settings for notifications. I am rather out of ideas and was wondering if anyone else had any tricks before I call the support desk. Thank you!

Hello @kjt1993 

Let me try to understand your question. You say your Fitbit Charge will “not fully sync in which I can receive text messages”. Is your question that you can’t receive notifications/text messages currently? I ask because you used the term “fully sync” so I’m not sure if your saying your not syncing. Can you please clarify?
