Every since my iphone updated to IOS13 my Fitbit blaze will not sync at all keeps saying failed to sync device.Does anyone have any suggestions or is anyone experiencing the same thing thanks, Darlena

Hello @DivaMom892011 

I see your unable to sync since the last update. If you have already tried turning your Bluetooth off then back one first....Let’s try this:

Log out of your Fitbit App

force shut the app by swiping up

turn off and restart your iOS device

log back into your app and see if syncing is resolved 

 

If that doesn’t resolve your syncing issue then I would suggest uninstalling/reinstalling the Fitbit App. You will not lose any data doing this:

delete the Fitbit App from your device

shut down your device and wait 1-2 mins

turn back on your device 

make sure your Bluetooth is indeed on

head to the App Store and Download the Fitbit App

now sign on to the Fitbit app as you normally would with email and password 

now wait for Bluetooth prompts (should not take too long) and make sure you answer “always”
