I recently purchased the charge HR. I was connecting it to the iPhone Fitbit app when it came unplugged and stopped the process. I have tried to plug it back in, but now the green light no longer blinks when I connect it. Also when I push the button nothing happens. I tired to unsync the Fitbit from my phone and start over but nothing is working. I bought it an hour ago and really want to use it. I hope someone can help. Thanks!

I have a Charge HR as well, I would suggest to try a restart and then try the setup process again, if that doesn't work try to do the setup from a computer.

How do I restart it if nothing shows up on the screen at all?

@stacy5592 That's the magic of the restart, eventhough nothing shows up on the display the restart makes it work again, that's why you have to plug in your Charge HR into the charging cable to perform a restart, whenever I do a restart I press and hold the button for longer than the 12 seconds it states on the Help page
