My Charge HR went dead and stayed off for a while. It showed three months behind on date so I reset it, won't sync. Did the forget on the Bluetooth and removed the device from app. Tried to set up as new device and now it can't find my device. What else can I do?

Hello @FreedomRod
Doing a restart on the Charge HR and also restarting the iOS device (by press and hold power and home button until the Apple logo appears) have worked pretty good to me.
If that doesn't work I guess you will need to Contact Support
iPhone User, Blaze, Surge, Charge HR, Alta, One and Zip!
