My iphone is now freezing every time I pull down to refresh/sync. I need a fix or work around because it freezes up so that I can't even force to power off the phone.

It's nice to see you around the Community @Carla477, hope you're doing great! Hmmm... this is very strange let me say, I have tested mine and I didn't have any trouble.

 

Anyways, I'd recommend doing the following steps:

 

Make sure that your Fitbit App is up-to-date

  • Log out of your Fitbit App
  • Force quit the App
  • Restart your Blaze by following the steps that @AlejandraFitbit shares
  • Turn off the Bluetooth
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes
  • Turn on the Bluetooth
  • Log back into your Fitbit App

 

Give it a shot and let me know if that does the trick!
