Woke up this morning to a whole new user interface on my I phone 10. It is horrible. Much less user friendly, harder to read and less info at a glance. How do I get the old version back? I use it constantly they put the day.

Hi @Mverbeke
Once the new app has been released, that's the one we use. Give it a little time. Yes, it's different at first, but you just might get used to it, if you explore it. I'm on Android and it is actually working well for me. Sorry you can't go back a version, but do allow yourself some time to learn the new one.

@Mverbeke not all humans like change, so it's easy for them to be frustrated when they are used to something and it's not the same as yesterday. Fitbit wouldn't release this dashboard version unless it had been tested and re-tested. It just takes time to get used to the new interface, but it really is a good one. You'll catch on and you'll be stepping right along as you learn!

LOL. I take your meta point about being a curmudgeon about new things; but I don't think you've spent much time in a corporate environment. They make garbage engineering / design choices all the time. Think "Peter Principle".

Good Lord you are patronising!
Do you understand? The new dashboard removes loads of data from a quick view and hides it behind lots of tapping and scrolling?
Your total guff about humans not liking change is irrelevant - the new dashboard massively reduces the amount of data we can see at a glance - that’s the problem.
Just allow us to use the the old version that was live just 2 days ago.
