I just got a new Fitbit Blaze! I am unable to add to my app though. I've read instructions and it says, "From app dashboard, click on the account button." But I have no account button! Please help!

Many users are reporting the account button missing, but if you tap in the spot where it should be at the top right, you should still get the account menu.

A very warm welcome to the Community @deniseq58.

I'll gladly help you with this. To do so, you need to go into the settings of your Dashboard. There, click on the tracker you want to remove. It should show up to the left of the screen. Then, look for the button that says 'remove tracker' or something similar. It should then be removed. Hope this helps out!

Let me know if you have any further questions.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for letting us know about this situation. Could you please reply to me with more details about your issue? Are you having trouble removing a device from your Account or are you having trouble finding the Account button? Please reply to me with a screenshot as well as this will be very helpful for me to check this further.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, I'll be waiting to hear from you.

I have brand  new tracker, trying to pair it with my account and  was unable to find the Account button on the Windows  Fitbit app. There simply was no way to pair it without that. In the meantime I got the Fitbit app on my Iphone and paired it with no problems. This resolved the problem on Windows since it is the same account. But for Christ sake why has the missing Account button not been fixed? There are so many  posts about it.

UPDATE:

I do not know how to insert a screen shot

Hello @jrmnr, I hope you're doing well, thanks for taking the time to reply. Smiley Happy

I appreciate your participation in the Forums. Tell me, did you download the Fitbit app from the Microsoft Store? If so, when you open it and after logging in you should be able to see the Account button on the top right corner of the app:

If you're not able to see it, it's possible you're currently on the online Dashboard. If you need to download the Fitbit app, please go to our Set Up page to download it. Now, when it comes to upload pictures, please follow these steps to add your screenshot to your next reply.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me updated!

Hello @jrmnr, I hope you're doing well, thanks for taking the time to reply with the screenshot requested. Smiley Happy

I was able to receive your screenshot, but it will be more helpful for me to know more details as it's not possible to see if there's anything else on the Dashboard bar. You should be able to see the Account icon on the far right as indicated on the screenshot I posted on my previous reply. the Icon should be User-added image

Thanks again for your patience an understanding, I'll be waiting to hear from you.

"Top right" gives me messages, "edit" or "share". No other spot gives an option for an account button

Hello @FitOldFart and a warm welcome.  This is an older thread and the app has a new design.  To get to your Account page, tap on your Profile Picture in the upper left.  In your case, this picture is the generic avatar.  Hope to see something personal soon.
