'No Recent Activity

I recently got a Charge 2 I've been very active the last few days. My profile has shown 'no recent activity' why?

Where are you able to see the "No recent Activity" message? Would it be possible for you to reply with a screenshot?, that would be very helpful! Smiley Happy

 

Syncing your tracker could be a great idea at this moment; after syncing, wait for a minute to allow the data to update. Additionally, please try logging out from the app, restart your phone and logging back in to check if the message still appears.

On my profile, where you see average steps per day. It doesn't always update and says 'no recent activity' seems to be random

Thank you for the reply @AWCharge2! Would it be possible for you to reply with a screenshot once the No Recent Activity message appears once again on the Fitbit app? That would be really helpful. Robot Happy

Hi. First time on this forum so I hope I'm doing this right!

I've been using the FitBit app on my iphone 6 for about 1 year. I have never had to sync it as it seems to update to my fitbit account automatically. I've just noticed that my activity is showing as zero for the last week which make no sense. Anyone got any idea how I can resolve this?
