Have to sync before every use

I turn my blaze off each night. Since the new update when I turn it back on I have to sync it with my iPhone via Bluetooth every time to set the correct time and get it to start tracking my daily progress. Sometimes I'm half way through the day before I realise that it's the wrong time and my activity isn't being tracked! Anyone having the same problem?

This is now expected behaviour as documented here:

I guess the easiest answer is to not turn it off and charge it more frequently.

Hi @Embo, have a warm welcome to the Community! Adding to @SteveH's insight, it's not recommended turning off your Blaze during the night as the time will be wrong afterwards until you sync and it might also carry over the data from the previous day.

The battery on the Blaze is designed to last up to 5 days, if you turn it off because the battery seems to be draining faster than usual, I'd recommend checking @AlvaroFitbit's excellent tips in how to maximize the battery life of your device.

I hope this information can be useful, please feel free to reply if you need anything else. Smiley Wink
