I guess the easiest answer is to not turn it off and charge it more frequently.

Hi @Embo, have a warm welcome to the Community! Adding to @SteveH's insight, it's not recommended turning off your Blaze during the night as the time will be wrong afterwards until you sync and it might also carry over the data from the previous day.
The battery on the Blaze is designed to last up to 5 days, if you turn it off because the battery seems to be draining faster than usual, I'd recommend checking @AlvaroFitbit's excellent tips in how to maximize the battery life of your device.
