How did it get resolved?
I see when I tried to sync just now that it there is no data (sleep, activity, zone minutes, active hours, ...) since yesterday afternoon. I also have Premium...
I just noticed my hear rate has not worked since yesterday afternoon too. Just did a chat and the person just told me to turn my heart rate on/off on device and that got the heart rate back. However, the sleep data is gone since there was no heart rate data since yesterday afternoon. I’m sure this all stems from the crappy new sleep tracking on the app.
