I wake up this morning to see no data on the items I need the most - sleep and heart rate. None of the fixes work. So frustrating!

I have had this more recently. Sometimes it helps to restart my Fitbit from the recharging cable. It’s happening more frequently though. And I do have Premium.

I see when I tried to sync just now that it there is no data (sleep, activity, zone minutes, active hours, ...) since yesterday afternoon. I also have Premium...

I just noticed my hear rate has not worked since yesterday afternoon too. Just did a chat and the person just told me to turn my heart rate on/off on device and that got the heart rate back. However, the sleep data is gone since there was no heart rate data since yesterday afternoon. I’m sure this all stems from the crappy new sleep tracking on the app.

don't know what happened, but i started "working" again. It registres a heartbeat again... fiew... thought I was dead for a minute 😉

No sleep stages, sleep score for today and yesterday. Restart the watch and the phone for several times w/o hope.
