No access to app iphone 6 since last update

Hi, since the last update of 9 januari i have no access to the app on iphone. The loginscreen keeps hanging. No error comes on the screen. I tried reinstalling the app, tried new password and tried logging in with my wives account. Nothing works. Reboot of iphone either.

any solutions anyone??

The screen is like this for hours, reinstalling the app and other above post mentioned bring no solution. Iphone software is up to date too
