No active minutes tracked from an activity.

My app shows I have run but there are no active minutes.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Tell me, which device are you currently using? Have you restarted it already? 

 

At this moment, I would like to suggest you to go to the Exercise tile in the Fitbit app and tap on your activity, if active minutes are showing up here but not on the Active Minutes tile, please force-quit the app and open it again. If this doesn't seem to work, log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. 

 

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let us know the outcome.

Thanks for the suggestions. I still haven’t got it to work, it stopped
working March 22 the date of the last app update.

I appreciate you have come back and let us know you've tried the steps provided earlier. At this moment, please restart your Fitbit device and monitor it on your next exercises, if you're still not getting active minutes for your exercises, please let us know!
