Hi, earlier this Week by versa wouldn’t connect to Bluetooth, wouldn’t record steps etc. Now it seems to be connecting and I’m receiving notifications and getting a step count. However, I’m still not getting a heart rate. There are no lights on the bottom of my Fitbit when I take it off...

Hello @Jenner27
Lets first check to make sure you have “heart rate” checked as part of your tracker device. Sign into your Fitbit app, tap profile picture, scroll down and tap Versa, then scroll down and tap customize display. Check here to ensure your “heart rate” is checked
😉 please let me know if this resolves your issue

Hello @Jenner27
I think I understand where my confusion is. You refer to your device as your Versa. I refer to the device as your iOS device (iPhone, iPad) Neither here not there I think I now know what you want. If I’m understanding correctly you do indeed have the heart rate showing in your Fitbit tracker Versa. Your trying to see it on your Fitbit App.
To get your heart rate to show on your Fitbit app do this:
open Fitbit App
tap “Discover” on bottom left of your screen
tap Health & Fitness Stats
look for Heart Rate tile and tap it
tap “Add” at the bottom
(doing this will pop you back to the home page)
Now your heart rate will show among the same place your current challenges are located.
Tips about heart rate on Versa is found here: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1565#ImpactsAccuracy
😃 I hope this is what you are looking for and has resolved your question.

look for Heart Rate tile and tap it
tap “Add” at the bottom (click the “Add To Today”......I just shortened my word to add before)

The instructions I’m giving you is to get your Heart Rate to show on your Fitbit App (not your Versa....I thought your heart rate is already showing on your Versa)
