Good morning Fitbit boys and girls. I need some help with my Fitbit app and wonder if anybody has had the same problem.
My Fitbit Alta HR is working great but i am having trouble with the app on my iPhone.
The app shows all the details except my hart rate, the Fitbit shows my HR perfectly fine but the app wont show it no matter what settings i have changed or even how many times i have synced my device.
Its not a major problem because i can see it on my Fitbit but was just wondering.
Hope somebody can help or give me some advice.
Thanks

Hello @Go4fit, I hope you're having an excellent day, I appreciate you have taken the time to reply to let me know you have already enabled All-day Sync in your phone and that the app is showing you heart rate for a few seconds.
When the app finishes syncing, are you able to see a green icon next to the name of your tracker? After the heart rate stops showing, are you seeing a double dash (--) symbol or does the tile shows you the average heart rate? If so, please check if the heart rate is showing in your tracker at the moment, the double dash indicates no reading is being found.
Now, if the tracker is connected and you have a heart rate reading, I would like to recommend you to set up your tracker as a new device to reset the connection between the tracker and the app. Don't worry, none of the information previously stored in your account will be deleted.

Hello @Go4fit, I hope you're doing well, it's great to have you on board the Fitbit Community.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention, I'm very glad you're enjoying your Alta HR. Tell me, is the heart rate tile not showing in the app Dashboard? If so, keep in mind that when a tile is not showing in the Fitbit app is because of two different reasons:

Thanks for your reply
I’m afraid that isn’t not the problem at all.
The tile is there but it just does does not show the HR in the app.
Its shows perfectly fine on the on the device itself but just not in the app.

Hello @Go4fit, I hope you're doing well, thanks for taking the time to reply.
I appreciate you have clarified this with me. Usually, when your tracker starts syncing you should be able to see the current heart rate in the tile and after the tracker has synced and shows as "connected" you will still see it. Now, in this case I would like to suggest you to enable All-day Sync so your tracker can keep a constant Bluetooth connection. To enable All-day Sync go to Account > your tracker and scroll down until you find the option. After that, go back to the Dashboard and sync your tracker, check if the heart rate tile shows you any information (give it 1 or 2 minutes).
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.

Good Morning MarcoGFitbit
It is currently and always on sync all day mode.
When i sync it shows me the HR for a few seconds then it goes blank and does not show any information after that.
It is really strange

Alta HR working great until last few days when I changed phones. Won’t display HR on app but ok on device. Tried reloading app, making sure HR was on auto or on, etc. Running most up to date app version.
Any ideas?
