No internet connection

Last two days Fitbit app says no inernet connection. Have restarted both iPhone and Fitbit, no luck. Fitbit support says it could take two days to get to my email

A warm welcome to the Community @AnnV2. If your tracker is not syncing, I recommend following our syncing troubleshoot, after these steps your tracker should sync without a problem.
