Hello,
now I tryed to explain my issue from 04/22 again in english
The iOS app has only been recording calories for 10 days. I have already been in contact with Fitbit support.
I have answered all questions, sent screenshots, reset all settings on the iPhone, logged out and back in, disconnected the smartphone from the app and reconnected and synchronized, checked the update status...
After initially communicating regularly with Fitbit support, support is no longer responding despite multiple inquiries about the case.
Maybe I can find some helpful information here.
iOS version 17.4.1
Now, unfortunately the Fitbit Support has closed my ticket with the argument that I didn‘t get informations.
It‘s a pity to hear that Fitbit-support
may I find here ideal to solve my issue
