Charge 2 all of sudden won’t sync to my iPhone 6splus. It was working the other day but now nothing. I tried turning off Bluetooth and removing it from Bluetooth list and trying to reboot the phone. I have also tried deleting the app and downloading it again and still nothing.

More things to try and check off.
Restart the Fitbit App on your iPhone
Restart your phone
Remove your sync with other devices like a iPad or other phones
Forget your device with other phones like your old phone
Make sure your iOS is up to date
Keep all other bluetooth devices away
Turn off your bluetooth and restart
Restart your Fitbit
