I have been a Fitbit One owner/user for years. I feel naked without it. In September it died, in the washing machine. I immediately went to Fitbit and ordered another One on Sept. 29th. I have had nothing but trouble since it updated. I use iPhone and iPad. The battery won't stay charged and it won't sync most of the time. I have tried all the 'hints', nothing has worked. Hoping for solution I have been checking online to discover they are doing away with the One😡. I paid full price less than 60 days ago and was not told at ordering they would be discontinuing it. I WAS a loyal Fitbit customer. I have talked so many people into buying the One and given them as gifts. Fitbit you have let me down.

They may have withdrawn the One from sale but they are still supporting it and your 12 month warranty (24 if in Europe) is still valid.
As the normal hints haven't worked for you then it's probably best to contact customer support via:
