Fitbit One.

  1. I have been a Fitbit One owner/user for years.  I feel naked without it.  In September it died, in the washing machine.  I immediately went to Fitbit and ordered another One on Sept. 29th.  I have had nothing but trouble since it updated.  I use iPhone and iPad.  The battery won't stay charged and it won't sync most of the time.  I have tried all the 'hints', nothing has worked.  Hoping for solution I have been checking online to discover they are doing away with the One😡.  I paid full price less than 60 days ago and was not told at ordering they would be discontinuing it.  I WAS a loyal Fitbit customer.  I have talked so many people into buying the One and given them as gifts.  Fitbit you have let me down.

Email them as you may have a faulty one. 

They usually send you a replacement with no questions asked.
