Hi, I just updated my Fitbit app and the friend request/messages section only shows friend requests now. I get a push notification of a message from a friend on my phone, but can only view it in email and need to go to that friend's profile to send a reply. No messages visible in app at all. The messaging system in place was frustrating enough, with not being able to see what you sent and the limited character count, but now i don't have messages at all. Any advice?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, were you able to receive the messages in Notifications tab inside the Fitbit app before the update or just through push Notifications? Are you currently running version 2.41 or 2.41.1 in the Fitbit app? (go to Account > Help to check the version). If you're running version 2.41, please update the app and monitor it for the next 24 hours to check if you're able to receive messages from friends again. If you have already updated, please log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in, then check if you're able to receive friends's messages again.

It fixed itself after 4 days like that, but thanks for your advice. I had tried closing, logging out, etc, and nothing worked. I don't know what actually fixed it; I just looked today and things were ok. Oh, and the problem had occurred after updating to the most recent version available. Everything seems ok now. Also, I didn't mean to double post. I didn't even know I had, but when I was posting this issue, it faltered and told me to try again in a few minutes, so i refreshed and it worked then. Apologies for clogging up the board!
