For 3 weeks I got warnings when I hadn't hit 250 steps for the hour and then a buzz when I did. I also got buzzed when I hit my goal. For the past two days I haven't gotten anything. I didn't change any settings. What happened?

It's great to see you around @Jean733. Could you please tell me which tracker you have so I can provide you the steps to restart your Fitbit? In the meantime, I recommend setting up an alarm and test if it buzzes. To set an alarm do the following from your iOS Fitbit app:

1. Go to your Fitbit account
2. Tap Account
3. Tap the tracker's icon
4. Tap Silent Alarm
5. Set your Alarm
6. Sync

If it doesn't buzz, feel free to get in touch with our support team, for a faster response you can contact them via phone or chat.

Let me know the outcome. Woman Happy

@Jean733, has your problem resolved? If you have not already restarted your Fitbit device, tap here, then scroll down halfway to see the list of Fitbit devices. Tap on yours for restart instructions. Please let us know if this helps.
