No notification choosing options

Ok so I've been trying to figure this out all evening even going as far to factory reset my phone, delete and reinstall the app, unpair and repair blue tooth etc. Etc. 

The problem I'm having is that I can't find where to choose what apps I want notifications from like snapchat etc, I'm not getting any notifications whatsoever on my watch like calls, texts, or messenger etc. It had been working fine before but then I had to delete and reinstall because it wasn't recording my workouts and kept freezing. When I reinstalled it, this is happening! Can anyone help please? Its driving me insane. Thanks! 🙂
